1. Operator and contact
ZergPay is operated by ZERG GLOBAL CORP PSP - FZCO, registration number 83468, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Website: https://zergpay.com. Contact: Info@zergpay.com. Company registration details are not a representation of authorisation to provide a particular regulated financial service.
2. Account and access
The workspace is for business use by authorised users. Provide an accurate email, use a unique password and grant staff separate access with the minimum necessary permissions. Do not share passwords or codes.
3. Permitted use
Use the service lawfully and within the enabled features. Interference with other accounts, access-control evasion, malicious code, sham transactions and disruptive load are prohibited. Integrations must follow published security requirements and API limits.
4. Documents and information
Users are responsible for information supplied and lawful file submission. KYC/KYB materials are reviewed by the authorised team; uploading a file or closing a document request does not itself approve a business. Signed texts and supplements are separate from uploaded supporting evidence.
5. Service operation
Features depend on merchant settings and connected partners. Maintenance and disruptions may occur; support, availability and financial obligations follow the offer and agreed terms. Workspace information does not replace final reconciliation where records differ.
6. Rights and access termination
Rights in the service and materials remain with their owners. Users may use them for working with ZergPay. Access may be restricted on the grounds described in the offer. Report errors and disputed access to Info@zergpay.com.
7. Statements, adjustments and automatic acceptance
Section 12 of the Public Offer (zergpay.com/legal/offer) governs the generation, delivery and automatic acceptance of statements and adjustments. Such acceptance does not require a separate one-time code confirmation.
